Permeable Casings
NANOSMOK
A new generation of casings with even better permeability for smoke, created on the basis of outstanding brand new nanotechnologies.. this line of casings is designed for production of all types of semi-smoked, boiled & smoked sausages, wieners, speckwurst, mini-sausages, processed cheeses, boiled sausages and ham products, made by the traditional technology, involving the process of natural smoking (smoke roasting). This enables to obtain products, identical to the products in the collagen and natural casings.
AMILUX
AMILUX T type casing features all benefits of the permeable casings, i.e. their permeability to smoking fumes, as well as all benefits of the plastic casings, i.e. their high barrier properties (for this particular product type). They use AMILUX T type casing to manufacture all sorts of Frankfurters and small sausages in conformity with respective technologies, involving smoking process, i.e. smoked frying.
FIBROSMOK
A matt casing with an original rough surface. The appearance is similar to that of fibrous casings. Features decreased permeability rate to vapor compared to other permeable casings by Atlantis-Pak. Meant for processing of smoked and cooked, cooked sausages and hams. Supplied straight or ring-shaped.
AMICEL
A monolayer casing featuring increased permeability rate to smoke and vapor. Used for production of all types of frankfurters, hot-dogs, small sausages and mini sausages.
AMISMOK
A monolayer plastic casing, permeable to smoking fume and meant to manufacture various types of semi-smoked, boiled & smoked sausages, as well as to produce smoked and processed cheeses.
AMITAN
A monolayer sausage plastic casing, permeable to smoking fume. They use this casing to manufacture all sorts of the boiled sausage products and enclosed hams, made in conformity with respective technologies, involving smoking process.
